Team Journey to Date

The genesis was provided by the Hayne Commission, with Executives and Board Members before the Commission unable to articulate what “Doing the right thing” represented within their organisations.

Peter has a long and distinguished track record of Board and Risk Committee memberships, fronting Boards, introducing Risk Governance Frameworks and implementing Risk Governance systems.

In late 2021, he founded MIDOM and established a working group (fellow believers) of actuaries, risk practitioners and tech experts - to develop an Integrity Risk Governance Framework that enables each organisation to set its own bar and evidence “Doing the Right Thing”.

Subsequently, the team has engaged with Executives, Board Members, Governance Advisors and Sustainability Officers in proofing MIDOM’s design, development, responsiveness and performance to offer an Exceptional Integrity Risk Governance Framework, with the full-service digital platform introduced in April 2024.
